To help you judge whether your favourite website displays Online Excellence, we’ve developed a list of areas for you think about when nominating.

These are intended only as a guide, but will also be used by the judging panel to help shortlist the websites at the end of the nominations period:

• Does the site give you all the information you needed and is useful?
• Does the site have all of the products you want to buy?

• Do you like how the website looks and feels?
• Is the information easy to read?

• Is the website intuitive to use and can you find everything you want easily?
• Does everything on the website work properly?

• Do you use the website regularly?
• Would you tell a friend about the website?
